Special Delivery Information
Since we print your posters when your order is placed, our warehouse experiences extra high demand during sale due to the large number of orders. Therefore, there may be extended dispatch time for your order. This means there's both dispatch time + shipping time.

How do I know when my package will arrive?
You will receive an email as soon as your package is shipped from our warehouse! It then typically takes 2-6 business days before the carrier delivers your package.

Express shipping
We have some express shipping products available through UPS Express Saver®. The rate is a bit more expensive but in return it offers 1-3 business days delivery time once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We recommend this option for those want to receive their order quickly.

Delivery times:
– Denmark: 2–4 business days
– EU countries: 2–8 business days
– Outside EU: 2–15 business days

Import VAT, customs duties and fees (outside the EU and Norway)
If you order to an address outside the EU and Norway – for example Switzerland or the United Kingdom – import VAT, customs duties and fees may be charged when the parcel enters your country.

• The amount is not part of your order. We do not charge it when you buy from us, and it is not included in the price at checkout.
• You may receive an extra bill after your purchase. Import VAT, customs duties and fees are paid to the carrier, usually before or at delivery.
• You are responsible for paying it. If it is not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the rules for unclaimed parcels apply.

The amount depends on your country's rules and the carrier's fees, so we cannot state it in advance. Orders to the USA are the exception: they are delivered duty-free, as duties are paid upfront in checkout.
