Return and Warranty Policy

At Peléton ApS, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist. Below are the details of our return and warranty policy:

2-Year Warranty (Applicable in Denmark)

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, all purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the nature of the defect, you may be eligible for one of the following solutions:

• Repair of the product
• A full refund
• A partial price reduction

The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper use, handling, or general wear and tear. It is important to report any defects within a "reasonable time" of discovering them, typically within two months of noticing the defect.

14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at prints@mikkeller.dk with the following details:

• Your order number
• A description of your reason for returning the item

We will provide instructions for returning the item. Peléton ApS will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product under our warranty policy.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

For eligible returns, once we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
